This page explains how HERO ASMR ("this site") handles personal data and cookies. This site is not intended for all ages. Visitors under 18 are not permitted.

What we do NOT collect
This site has no accounts, no login, no passwords and no payment processing. We never ask for or store your name, address, phone number or card details.
All purchases happen on DLsite. Transaction details are never sent to this site.
What we do collect
Only these four kinds of data are involved:

Cookies
We use the following cookies. You can delete or block them in your browser, though some features (such as remembering the age check) will then ask every time.

Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-KXDCETL0S4) to understand traffic. It collects aggregate statistics such as page views, referrers, device and browser type, and approximate region. It is not used to identify individuals.
Data is sent to Google LLC servers and handled under their privacy policy.

- Clearing or blocking cookies in your browser also stops the requests.
Affiliate links and external sites
Product links on this site are DLsite affiliate links. If you buy through one, this site may receive a commission. Commission never affects rankings or scores — every ranking is computed by our own formula.
Product images are loaded directly from DLsite (img.dlsite.jp), so your IP address and similar information reach their servers when images load. Cookies and data handling on linked sites follow their own privacy policies.
Contact form
What you write is used only to handle your report. Your email address is used solely to reply — never for marketing.
IP addresses are stored only as a SHA-256 hash; the original IP is not stored. Its only purpose is rate limiting and spam prevention.
Third parties
We do not sell, rent or trade the data we collect. Data leaves this site only in these cases:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — traffic analysis
- DLsite (EISYS, Inc.) — image loading and affiliate links
- Email delivery — to notify us and reply to you
- When disclosure is required by law
Retention and deletion
Server access logs are deleted automatically after 7 days. Contact messages are kept until the matter is resolved, then deleted promptly.
To request access, correction or deletion of your information, please use the contact form. We will verify your identity and respond.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS (TLS), so traffic is encrypted. The database cannot be reached directly from the internet.
By design this site holds very little personal data. Without accounts, the scope of what could be exposed is limited.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "last updated" date. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
